You record your wishes, at your own pace.
One wish is a valid start. Add people, records, documents, and messages whenever you’re ready — everything autosaves, and nothing is ever required all at once.
Every so often, we ask a simple question: are you still with us?
A check-in is one tap from your email, on your schedule — every 30, 90, or 180 days. Answering keeps your will confirmed current. It takes about five seconds.
If you go quiet, we take our time.
Missed check-ins bring gentle reminders on every channel you’ve given us, then a Quiet Period of at least two more weeks — a month by default. Any response from you, at any point, stops everything instantly.
Only after careful verification does anything reach anyone.
The people you trust must independently confirm what has happened. Then a seven-day cooling window follows, where one tap from you cancels it all. Anything unusual goes to human review. When in doubt, the system waits.
Then each person receives exactly what you left for them.
Every beneficiary gets a private, personal release — only their wishes, their documents, their messages. Nothing about anyone else is ever visible. Nothing more, nothing less.

One small question, every so often: are you still with us?
Most platforms store your documents and hope someone finds them. will.ng stays quietly in touch. On a schedule you choose, we ask one question — and one tap keeps your will confirmed current.
And if you go quiet?
- Day 3 — a gentle reminder, same channel.
- Day 7 — we try another way to reach you.
- Day 14 — we tell you plainly: your Quiet Period is about to begin.
- The Quiet Period — at least two more weeks, a month by default, of reaching out every week on every channel.
- Only then — the people you trust are asked, carefully, if they have news.
- Even after they confirm — a seven-day cooling window where one tap from you stops everything.
A missed check-in never releases anything. Only people, verification, and time can do that — and you hold the final word at every step.

Is this a legal will?
will.ng helps you document your wishes clearly and deliver them to the right people — it is not a law firm, and using it does not by itself create a legally binding will. For formal legal validity, a lawyer should prepare or review your will; we’re building partnerships to make that easy. What we promise is different and just as real: your wishes, words, and information reach your people, intact and private.
What happens if I stop responding?
Nothing sudden. Reminders come first, on every channel you’ve given us. Then a Quiet Period — at least two more weeks, a month by default. Only after that are the people you trust asked to confirm what happened — and even then, a seven-day cooling window lets one tap from you stop everything.
Can anyone see my will while I’m alive?
No. Your will is encrypted, and no support screen or admin tool at will.ng can display its contents. The people you trust see only their role. They see no contents unless and until your will is released to them. Beneficiaries aren’t told anything unless you choose to tell them.
What does it cost?
Starting is free: enough wishes, people, and one sealed message to feel what this is. Premium will add unlimited records, more vault space, and more — priced in naira. The check-in and release safeguards are never behind a paywall. Safety isn’t premium.
What if I change my mind about something?
Everything stays editable while you’re here — wishes, people, records. Update after life changes; your next check-in confirms the new version is current. Only sealed messages are different: breaking a seal is deliberate, and it’s recorded.
What happens to my digital accounts?
You record them — banks, wallets, subscriptions, socials, the business that lives on your phone — with the details your family would need. The information is encrypted until release, then reaches only the person you named.
What do the people I trust actually see?
Their role, in plain terms: that you trust them to speak up if will.ng can’t reach you. That’s all. They never see wishes, documents, messages, or who else is named — not even during verification.
